To achieve our objectives, we will create a nation-wide, seamless strategy focusing on service, product and technical 

capabilities within our regions and countries, which will be scaled to enable local and international growth. Any potential gaps

will be filled through sensible business decisions. We will think, act and behave as one travel alliance.

 

 

TARGET CUSTOMERS

 

To achieve our objectives we will target existing multi-national customers with immediate consolidation potential. After building a reasonable number of clients’ references, we will target larger scale multi-nationals. We will only target those who value our approach to quality and price and enable us to work profitably.

 

TARGET COMPETITORS

 

To help achieve our objectives, we will target our competitors. By analysing their weaknesses, we can create better, more convincing solutions for our clients. Through sales and marketing, we will consistently and aggressively make competitors’ key clients aware of GSTA’s capabilities and success stories. By doing this, we focus on decision-makers within these companies who have gone through a consolidation process.

 

CROSS SELLING

 

To help achieve our objectives we will (endeavour to) cross-sell outgoing and incoming FIT- and GIT-, Meeting-, Conference- and Incentive services, Accommodation-, Cruises, Car rental  as well as leisure and tour operator products to our customers and/or their employees. GSTA will be an additional distribution channel to the business travel market for our other core activities and suppliers.

 

INVESTMENT & FINANCE

 

To achieve our objectives,. we will invest a significant part of the annual promotional contributions we receive from service suppliers into selective acquisitions and sensible projects (in the areas infrastructure, product knowledge and introduction and quality improvement). We will strictly follow a conservative low risk investment strategy and only fund projects with clear short-term ROI opportunities.

To achieve our objectives we have defined a set of values that we share across all cultures and nationalities, all functions and hierarchies. Sharing these values makes us ONE ALLIANCE
